About the Role

You will scale the People function from 0-1 to 100+ team members and build repeatable people operations. You will own and improve onboarding, define and manage compensation bands with Finance, own benefits and HR tooling implementation, support managers in monthly 1:1s and performance conversations, partner with recruiting to raise hiring standards, and shape headcount planning with leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a People position
  • Experience at a company known for extremely high talent density in crypto or high-growth tech/fintech
  • Background in people operations including performance management, compensation, and onboarding
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented with ability to build and run processes
  • Experience coaching managers to grow people and handle performance conversations
  • Experience designing development approaches suited to ambitious environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic, collaborative approach
  • Crypto experience or genuine curiosity to learn about DeFi
  • Located in Europe (remote-friendly)

  • Support managers in developing people, running monthly 1:1s, and navigating performance conversations
  • Design and implement tailored growth and development programs for contributors
  • Define and manage compensation bands with Finance
  • Own benefits, health insurance, and HR tooling implementation across locations
  • Partner with recruiting to improve talent acquisition and grow capabilities
  • Shape headcount planning with leadership and hiring managers
