About the Role

You will lead, design, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on software engineers, data professionals, QA, mobile, and backend talent. You will proactively source candidates across platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow, build quality pipelines, and leverage ATS data and AI tools to improve hiring outcomes. You will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to develop assessment criteria, ensure equitable recruitment practices, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Proven success closing hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. tech talent market and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with proactive sourcing on GitHub and Stack Overflow
  • Expertise with ATS tools and recruitment analytics (Workable experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate experience skills
  • Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, data professionals, QA, mobile, and DevSecOps
  • Experience recruiting in Canada is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, design, and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
  • Source proactively across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities
  • Build and maintain quality candidate pipelines
  • Analyze ATS and sourcing data to drive recruitment strategy
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to align hiring with business objectives
  • Design technical assessments and evaluation criteria
  • Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to improve efficiency
  • Support equitable recruitment and DE&I initiatives
  • Provide strategic stakeholder partnership to hiring teams and leadership
