About the Role
You will own hiring across GTM and G&A functions, running searches end-to-end. You will partner with hiring managers to define role scope, proactively source and map talent, screen and assess candidates, manage the interview process, and lead offer strategy and closing. You will also refine recruiting processes and interview structures to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years recruiting in a high-growth tech startup
- 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others while remaining hands-on
- Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in B2B SaaS
- Experience recruiting in US Canada LATAM and EU markets
- Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred) Notion and reporting
- Data-driven recruiting and comfort with recruiting metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse international teams
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and candidate profile
- Drive proactive sourcing and market mapping for high-priority roles
- Screen assess and manage candidates throughout the interview process
- Provide market insight funnel recommendations and calibration support
- Own candidate experience from outreach through offer close
- Lead offer strategy and closing for top candidates
- Improve recruiting processes interview structure and hiring manager alignment
