About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research. You will partner with hiring managers to define role needs, develop LATAM-focused sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional, transparent candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established tech companies
- Proven ability to source, assess, and close top technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers
- Familiarity with roles in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, ML/AI, Web3, or high-performance computing preferred
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, results-oriented approach focused on delivering top-tier talent and exceptional candidate experiences
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring goals
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the LATAM talent market with a focus on passive outreach and technical communities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with universities, tech communities, online forums, and events across LATAM
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment process
