About the Role

You will source, engage, and close top-tier Web3 candidates across the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will run personalized outbound outreach, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. You will manage scheduling and ATS records, track sourcing metrics, and ensure a great candidate experience in a hybrid, asynchronous environment using common sourcing tools.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within a Web3 startup building teams globally
  • Deep understanding of the current Web3 talent market, ideally at L1/L2s
  • Strong research and outreach skills with rapid role ramp-up
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • History of building trusted relationships with hiring managers in early startups
  • Passion for crypto use cases and impact on finance
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience working independently in a hybrid and asynchronous environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
