About the Role
This role supports end-to-end recruiting for Sei Development Foundation across a broad range of Web3 roles. The recruiter will partner with hiring leaders, engage passive candidates, manage pipelines and recruiting logistics, track sourcing metrics, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a hybrid, asynchronous environment.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within a Web3 startup building teams globally.
- Deep understanding of the current Web3 talent market, ideally hiring at L1/L2 protocols.
- Strong research and outreach skills with the ability to quickly ramp up on new roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- History of building trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environment.
- Passion for crypto use cases and their impact on the future of finance.
- Evidence of persistence in professional challenges and accomplishments.
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience working independently in a hybrid and asynchronous environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, and Ashby.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close top-tier Web3 talent globally across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
- Run thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive candidates.
- Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles.
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Act as the candidate’s first point of contact and provide a great candidate experience.
- Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on performance.
- Coordinate recruiting logistics, including scheduling and maintaining ATS records.
