About the Role
You will build and scale the end-to-end people function during rapid international growth. You will partner with senior leaders to attract develop and retain talent; coach managers and support their professional development; design and run hiring onboarding payroll and compliance processes; own people systems deliver reliable HR data and lead compensation benchmarking and rewards strategy. You will ensure employment law and GDPR compliance across jurisdictions and build scalable operations for a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- Led a People function through rapid growth
- Design and implement 12-month people strategies and manage payroll and employment contracts
- Identify operational gaps and design scalable HR solutions without a pre-existing playbook
- Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-error mindset
- Experience managing employment legal and operational complexity across the UK Ireland and UAE
- Experience managing and mentoring HR teams
- International mobility experience such as relocations visas or cross-border secondments (nice to have)
- Experience in regulated environments such as financial services fintech or capital markets (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to develop strategies to manage motivate and retain key talent
- Ensure high performance remains central to the business as it scales
- Coach managers to develop as leaders and support team professional development
- Partner with Finance and leadership to build and execute hiring plans aligned with priorities budget and organisational design
- Design growth approaches that balance speed with healthy structured operations
- Build and optimise onboarding benefits and compliance processes
- Manage international employment setup including hiring payroll and legal compliance across jurisdictions
- Own people systems strategy and lead operations to deliver reliable HR data and scalable processes
- Lead compensation benchmarking and rewards strategy
- Maintain compliance with employment law and GDPR across all jurisdictions
