About the Role
You will manage people operations across the full employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, automation, global compliance, and operational scalability. You will administer the HRIS, draft and manage global contracts and documentation, support global payroll and benefits, manage visa and background checks, and maintain GDPR and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in People Operations in a global organisation
- Strong experience managing an HRIS (HiBob preferred)
- Proven experience building or improving onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting global payroll and benefits administration
- Familiarity with employment and service engagement documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience managing visa and immigration processes and background checks
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Experience using a learning management system (LMS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Nice to have: experience in Web3, fintech, or a distributed/contractor-heavy organisation
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
- Design, optimise, and automate onboarding processes
- Manage and administer HiBob (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy, reporting, and automation
- Draft and manage global contracts, letters, and people documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for people operations queries and support
- Manage global visa and immigration processes including renewals and tracking
- Coordinate and oversee background checks and pre-employment screening
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely global payroll and support audits and reconciliations
- Administer and manage global benefits programmes and vendor relationships
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to maintain handbooks, policies, and internal compliance
- Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardise, and automate people operations processes
- Maintain the learning management system (LMS) content and access
