About the Role

You will manage people operations across the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding, automation, global compliance, and operational scalability. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to keep HRIS data accurate, draft and manage contracts and documentation, support global payroll and benefits, administer visa and background check processes, maintain GDPR-ready records, and continuously streamline People Operations processes. You will also maintain the learning management system and act as a primary point of contact for People Operations queries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in People Operations in a global organisation
  • Strong experience managing an HRIS (HiBob preferred)
  • Proven experience building or improving onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting global payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with employment and service engagement documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience managing visa and immigration processes and background checks
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Experience navigating a learning management system
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Nice to have: experience in Web3, fintech or distributed/contractor-heavy organisations

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for a global workforce
  • Design, optimise and automate onboarding experience
  • Manage and administer HiBob HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting and automation
  • Draft and manage global contracts, letters and core people documentation
  • Serve as primary point of contact for People Operations queries and support
  • Manage global visa and immigration processes including renewals and tracking
  • Coordinate and oversee background checks and pre-employment screening
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely global payroll and support audits and reconciliations
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs and vendor relationships
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to maintain handbooks, policies and internal compliance requirements
  • Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, documentation and audit readiness
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardise and automate People Operations processes
  • Maintain the learning management system and ensure content and access are up to date
