About the Role
You will scale People operations from 0 to 150+, owning the full talent journey from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, development, and retention. You will design systems, structures, and processes that anticipate business change, use data and AI to improve decisions, recruit and lead a People team, partner with leadership to align org design and hiring, and monitor best practices to keep operations reliable and scalable.
Requirements
- 8+ years in People Operations including scaling teams from ~50 to 150+
- Experience managing the entire talent journey from hiring to retention
- Experience working in remote, internationally distributed teams
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools such as LLMs, automation, and data analysis
- Track record of empowering leaders and improving people operations
- Operational and hands-on execution ability
- Empathetic approach to people development
- Crypto experience or strong appetite to learn about the space
- Located in Paris or able to come to the office monthly
Responsibilities
- Champion company culture through hiring, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
- Own and scale the full talent journey using data and AI-driven insights
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing People team across admin, recruitment, and operations
- Align hiring plans, organizational design, and people programs with business priorities
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing clear data, processes, and training
- Design systems, structures, and processes that scale with headcount and global needs
- Monitor and adopt best practices from crypto and high-growth tech
