About the Role
You will own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles with an emphasis on backend hiring. You will source and engage candidates, assess technical profiles, and screen for strong signal. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards, design and improve interview processes, develop and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline, track and analyze recruiting metrics, and mentor other recruiters while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including high-growth or startup environments
- Proven track record hiring software engineers, especially backend
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to assess technical profiles and ask meaningful signal-driven questions
- High ownership and autonomy
- Strong communication skills
