About the Role
You will develop and execute client acquisition strategies focused on industries such as cross-border e-commerce, digital entertainment, B2B trade, international logistics, and education payments. You will independently and as a team leader acquire and manage client relationships to hit sales KPIs, identifying client pain points across cross-border collection, FX settlement, and payout, and matching them with the company's product capabilities. You will work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to design customized industry-specific solutions and to optimize client onboarding and transaction processes. You will manage key client opportunities, follow up to increase product adoption, and collaborate with other teams to expand product usage and transaction volume. You will also monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape, producing insight reports, and you will support the company in building partnerships with global banks and payment institutions while feeding frontline insights into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring, or related industries
- Sales experience in card acquiring, cross-border collections, or international clearing is a strong plus
- Familiarity with industries' payment scenarios and mainstream customer demands
- Existing client resources or industry networks are a plus
- Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities
- Team leadership mindset and self-driven
- Ability to lead a team to complete complex sales projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Existing client relationships in cross-border e-commerce, gaming/entertainment, SaaS, or payment technology sectors preferred
- Familiarity with key markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America preferred
- Proven experience in independently leading complex cross-border payment projects preferred
- Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities are highly desirable

- Work with other teams to drive transaction volume and expand product usage
- Establish and oversee sales processes and track BD team performance
- Monitor trends in the cross-border payments industry, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
- Produce market insight reports
- Support the company in expanding partnerships with global banks and payment institutions
- Provide frontline feedback and strategic input to inform product roadmap and market positioning
