About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles in the DRC. You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, analyze pipeline data, maintain Greenhouse data, drive inclusive hiring, and mentor junior recruiters.
Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in Africa
- Experience hiring field and office roles
- Knowledge of DRC talent markets
- French and English fluency
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with metrics, KPIs, and spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer
- Build sourcing strategies for the Congolese market and regional pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies
- Deliver a strong candidate experience
- Improve recruiting processes and implement scalable solutions
- Analyze pipeline health and hiring funnels
- Maintain accurate Greenhouse data
- Design inclusive hiring strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters
