About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. You will partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, assess candidates, and close searches. You will source talent through industry channels, build relationships through referrals and events, strengthen industry presence, and improve recruiting processes using new tools and AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including hiring for design roles
- Strong understanding of great design talent
- Relationship-building skills and a track record of earning trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
- Experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches
- Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow for sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
- Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent
- Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels
- Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoing engagement with the design community
- Partner with the Design Program Manager and design team to strengthen industry presence
- Improve recruiting processes, leverage new tools, and raise the quality of design recruiting
