About the Role
You will manage data-centre fit-out projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate design, engineering, contractors, and project disciplines; manage scope, schedules, quality, budgets, risks, and compliance; and maintain stakeholder reporting and safety oversight.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of large-scale mission-critical construction-project management experience
- Data-centre development and fit-out experience
- Experience with TCS loop liquid-cooling networks preferred
- Related degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar discipline
- Ability to manage complex multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination
- Project-management and reporting-tool proficiency
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual principles
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover
- Manage project scope, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate MEP and CSA project-management disciplines
- Oversee budgets and schedules and report key risks
- Coordinate design reviews, approvals, and document control
- Manage contractor capabilities, resources, and performance
- Identify delays and develop recovery plans
- Maintain safety compliance through engagement and auditing
- Chair status meetings and issue reports
- Support building-code and regulatory compliance
- Identify, track, and resolve risks
- Coordinate delivery with Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations
