About the Role
You will own the experience for creating, configuring, and managing voice agents. You will lead agent integrations and tools, manage the model lifecycle from evaluation through deprecation, define model-performance measurement, conduct research and experimentation, and simplify complex agent configuration for customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building and operating technical products at scale
- System design and architecture knowledge
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience owning product outcomes
- B2B or enterprise product experience
