About the Role
You will help shape the Core Platform web roadmap and improve the end-to-end trading experience. You will define quarterly priorities, own workflows such as order entry, charting, account management, and navigation, partner with design on polished accessible interfaces, research trader needs, and use product metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years managing web product experiences
- Experience building and shipping trading product experiences
- Understanding of trader workflows order types charting and market data
- Strong UI and UX sensibility
- Experience owning and growing product features within a larger platform
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguity
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority
- Experience with trading platforms brokerage products or financial data products is a plus
- Experience contributing to products launched from 0 to 1 is a plus
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Core Platform web product roadmap
- Define and sequence quarterly roadmap priorities
- Own web workflows from order entry and charting through account management and navigation
- Partner with UX and design to deliver accessible and consistent interfaces
- Research trader behavior pain points and goals
- Track product metrics and use data to guide prioritization and improvement
