About the Role
The role focuses on advancing HashSphere's enterprise tokenization and markets capabilities for banks, asset managers, payment providers, and other regulated financial institutions. The product manager will translate institutional requirements into product features, support enterprise sales cycles, coordinate partner roadmaps, and turn customer insights into prototypes and repeatable go-to-market motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
- Track record managing product roadmaps and launching products for enterprise customers.
- Experience working with external partners and managing enterprise integrations.
- High agency and ability to drive work independently.
- Comfort using AI tools to prototype, specify, and ship.
- Substantive traditional finance experience with banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators.
- Deep understanding of settlement processes, fund operations, trade lifecycle, and post-trade workflows.
- Ability to communicate credibly with senior operations or technology leaders at Tier-1 financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Own HashSphere's up-market product roadmap, including privacy, partnership integrations, and enterprise deployment models.
- Define product requirements and drive engineering prioritization.
- Partner with Asseto and ioBuilders to align combined HashSphere and Asseto roadmaps.
- Support enterprise deal cycles through technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, and RFP responses.
- Track competitive intelligence across enterprise tokenization and private blockchain markets.
- Use AI tools to build prototypes and move customer insights into testable artifacts.
- Conduct structured discovery with Tier-1 financial institution customers and develop customer-facing prototypes.
- Create repeatable product narratives, demos, or proof-of-concept motions for priority financial use cases.
