About the Role
You will own the roadmap, meeting agendas, notes, and decision log. You will manage lending-market and RWA DEX integrations from requirements through production, translate product goals into engineering issues, remove blockers, and lead partner flows. You will take permissionless vault, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from idea to launch.
Requirements
- Knowledge of lending markets, collateral, looping, LTV, liquidation mechanics, vaults, and stablecoin yield
- At least 5 years of product or technical program management experience
- At least 2 years delivering on-chain products to mainnet as part of a crypto-native team
- Ability to work with Rust and Solana engineers, read technical specifications, and create actionable issues
- Experience working with KYC, KYB, jurisdiction gating, and legal reviews
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the roadmap
- Share meeting agendas, take notes, and maintain a decision log
- Manage third-party integrations from requirements through production
- Write one-pagers and PRDs and set integration parameters
- Turn product goals into actionable engineering issues
- Remove blockers and manage scope when deadlines are at risk
- Collaborate with curators, custody, oracle, KYC, and fund administration partners on subscription, settlement, and redemption flows
- Lead permissionless vault, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from idea to launch
