About the Role
You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for simulation, evaluation, validation, synthetic-data, and critical-event platforms. You will lead product managers, conduct user research, establish platform quality standards, run operating cadences, manage stakeholder trade-offs, and represent the platform with external partners and regulators.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3–5 years leading product management teams
- Internal platform experience
- Developer tools experience
- ML or AI evaluation infrastructure experience
- Data-driven product management
- Systems thinking across hardware, AI, and product
- Customer KPI development
- AI tool application
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year product vision and strategy for platform capabilities
- Own the roadmap across simulation, evaluation, and validation
- Manage, mentor, and hire product managers
- Conduct user research and improve developer experiences
- Define standards for reliability, latency, cost, self-service, observability, and API stability
- Lead business reviews, quarterly planning, KPI reviews, and trade-off discussions
- Represent platform capabilities to partners, regulators, and industry forums
