About the Role
You will own the platform that supports AI features, improving the AI gateway, safeguards, evaluations, costs, observability, and no-code tooling. You will build agentic visual workflows that generate, check, route, retry, and publish. You will prioritize platform work, partner with engineering and research, turn model capabilities into reusable product primitives, and use adoption, latency, cost, and evaluation data to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product-management experience with successful product launches
- Experience building platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, internal platforms, or ML infrastructure
- Experience shipping an agentic or model-backed product to production
- Knowledge of evaluations, guardrails, non-deterministic output, and cost per call
- Experience using Claude or an equivalent AI tool for prototyping, user testing, or automation
- Ability to interpret and challenge data independently
- Ability to operate autonomously in a small, fully remote async-first environment
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the AI gateway, including safeguards, evaluations, cost, and observability
- Enable low-code and no-code AI capability delivery
- Build agentic visual workflows for generation, quality assurance, routing, retries, and publishing
- Define problems and partner with engineering and research to ship solutions
- Prioritize platform work across product teams
- Turn model capabilities into reusable product primitives
- Analyze adoption, latency, inference cost, and evaluation results to guide decisions
