About the Role
You will set strategy, write specifications, and work with customers running training jobs. You will own parts of the training product across API, UI, and CLI, turn bespoke work into self-serve capabilities, and partner with go-to-market teams to launch training products.
Requirements
- 2–8+ years of product management experience building technical or developer-facing products
- Strong technical background through a CS/EE degree, production engineering experience, or equivalent depth
- Familiarity with dataset curation, SFT, LoRA/PEFT, reinforcement learning, evaluation, and production inference
- Experience owning a product area from strategy and specification through launch and metrics
- Written communication
- Experience with model fine-tuning, ML platforms, MLOps, AI infrastructure, training platforms, evaluation tooling, model registries, or developer communities
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for training products across API, UI, and CLI
- Work with customers running training workloads and turn recurring pain points into product capabilities
- Convert bespoke forward-deployed and applied ML work into scalable self-serve products
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and field teams to launch training capabilities
