About the Role

You will set product strategy for the model portfolio and guide models from research to production. You will shape data and feedback strategy, establish investment and promotion decisions, and align ML, engineering, clinical, data, and product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or related experience
• Experience owning ML-powered products, model platforms, or AI infrastructure
• Knowledge of data strategy, fine-tuning, preference optimization, evaluation, inference, experimentation, and monitoring
• Ability to reason about ML training, data quality, model selection, latency, and serving cost
• Experience turning technical capabilities into shipped products
• Experience coordinating multiple teams in ambiguous environments
• Ability to communicate technical strategy to research teams and leadership
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the model portfolio
• Define hypotheses, milestones, decision gates, and success metrics for model production
• Shape use of clinical data and feedback signals for training
• Build frameworks for model investment and selection decisions
• Define product-relevant model capabilities and failure modes
• Convert production feedback into training priorities
• Align cross-functional teams on priorities, ownership, and delivery
• Communicate research strategy and results to executives and product teams
