About the Role

You will own the Agent Platform roadmap across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, and Desktop. You will define user strategy and positioning, run private testing and design-partner programs, measure adoption and retention, and improve agent experiences from installation through configuration and application interfaces. You will translate customer and go-to-market signals into roadmap priorities and identify platform API and SDK gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience building developer tools, agent products, or infrastructure for technical users
• Experience taking a product from prototype to paying users
• Daily fluency with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, or OpenCode
• Technical judgment to read code, run CLIs, inspect traces, and discuss agent loops, tool calling, context management, evals, and model tradeoffs
• Experience shipping technical developer products
• Ability to talk to users, prototype, ship, iterate, and write clearly

Responsibilities

• Own the agent platform roadmap across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, and Desktop
• Define target users, competitive positioning, and investment strategy across coding, cloud, and desktop agents
• Run private testing, design-partner programs, internal dogfooding, and adoption instrumentation
• Enable model switching, provider fallbacks, tool dependencies, guardrails, and eval-driven model selection
• Own the agent experience across installation, authentication, CLI UX, configuration, secrets, connections, and application interfaces
• Turn go-to-market, tester, and enterprise signals into roadmap priorities
• Push API and SDK gaps exposed by Ori into the core product
