About the Role
You will set strategy, write specifications, and work with customers running production traffic. You will own parts of the inference and platform roadmap across API, UI, and CLI, improve accounts, onboarding, quotas, billing, and fraud prevention, and launch capabilities with go-to-market partners.
Requirements
- 2–8+ years of product management experience building technical or developer-facing products
- Strong technical background through a CS/EE degree, production engineering experience, or equivalent depth
- Familiarity with model serving, latency, throughput, and production cost tradeoffs
- Experience owning a product area from strategy and specification through launch and metrics
- Written communication
- Experience with LLM APIs, self-serve or PLG products, trust and safety, fraud prevention, cloud or developer platforms, or metered pricing
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for inference and platform products across API, UI, and CLI
- Work with customers running production inference and turn recurring pain points into product capabilities
- Own accounts, onboarding, quotas, rate limits, billing, and fraud and abuse prevention
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and field teams to launch platform capabilities
