About the Role

You will own the developer experience for deploying and iterating on models. You will improve onboarding, CLI and SDK workflows, model discovery, deployment configuration, environment promotion, progressive delivery, rollback, multi-model applications, and self-service deployment based on customer feedback.

Requirements

5+ years building developer-facing or technical products as a product manager or product-minded engineer
Experience building developer tools such as SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces
Evidence of shipped developer tools and products
Developer experience judgment across CLI and UI
Knowledge of CLI, API-first, and agent-first design
Technical ability to earn engineers' trust and understand underlying systems
Customer research and product delivery skills

Responsibilities

Reduce time from signup to maintained production deployment
Unify CLI, SDK, console, Truss, and configuration authoring workflows
Improve developer onboarding, model discovery, deployment, and error handling
Own deployment lifecycle and progressive delivery experiences
Define developer experience for multi-model applications
Turn customer deployment friction into product roadmap
Grow self-service deployment adoption
