About the Role
You will define the agent-building experience and development lifecycle. You will create workflows for implementation, testing, release, simulation, reusable packages, AI copilot integration, and measurable agent quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Technical depth in system design, simulation systems, evaluation frameworks, APIs, and platform architecture
- Experience building 0→1 products or platforms
- Experience working with AI systems and LLMs
- Developer experience expertise
Responsibilities
- Define the agent-building experience across journeys, chat, and workflows
- Design the agent development lifecycle for analysis, changes, testing, and release
- Build simulation and testing systems
- Define reusable packages for integrations, skills, and agent behaviors
- Integrate AI copilots into workflows
- Define evaluation frameworks and feedback systems
