About the Role
You will own the Dictation product roadmap and adoption outcomes. You will conduct clinician discovery, work with ML and engineering partners, make quality and latency trade-offs, improve UX including failure paths, support enterprise deployments, and measure product quality and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product-management experience in a technical or engineering-heavy environment
- Experience working closely with ML teams
- Product judgment and UX sensibility
- Experience collaborating with frontend, backend, and ML engineers
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Full professional fluency in English
- Based in the Paris office
- Willingness to travel regularly to US client sites
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Dictation product
- Lead user discovery through interviews, feedback, clinician shadowing, and usage data
- Work with ML, backend, and frontend engineers on product trade-offs
- Partner with Design on interfaces and failure paths
- Support deployment with enterprise health-system clients
- Define quality, adoption, retention, and support metrics
- Prioritize product investments and friction-removal work
- Travel to US client sites to observe clinician workflows
