About the Role
You will own strategy and execution for a core product area. You will research clinician workflows, build reliable clinical experiences, integrate with EHR environments, and use product metrics to guide iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning product areas end-to-end
- Experience driving products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Healthcare or clinical workflow experience
- Ability to create roadmaps in ambiguous problem spaces
- Ability to discuss ML model trade-offs with engineers
- Experience partnering with design and health system executives
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Prioritize work using user impact, competitive dynamics, and data
- Conduct hands-on clinician user research
- Build high-quality clinical workflows with engineering, design, and ML
- Integrate workflows with Epic and other EHR environments
- Define adoption, retention, encounter-share, and quality metrics
- Test hypotheses and update product direction using data
