About the Role

You will define and execute roadmaps for Inpatient Scribe, Patient Summary, and Chart Chat. You will improve inpatient documentation workflows, measure clinician outcomes and quality metrics, establish evaluation frameworks for clinical safety, and partner on AI-powered chart intelligence and EHR integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning a vertical product line or platform roadmap and end-to-end product experience
• Technical fluency with AI/ML products, API integrations, and complex system design
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments
• Availability to work in the San Francisco office three times per week
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
• Experience with ambient AI, NLP, clinical documentation, or chart summarization technology
• 0-to-1 product vertical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap
• Deliver documentation experiences for complex inpatient workflows
• Measure clinician outcomes and demonstrate ROI
• Own inpatient product quality metrics
• Partner on inpatient-specific ambient capture and note-generation models
• Own the product vision and roadmap for Patient Summary and Chart Chat
• Define inpatient clinical-context and summarization experiences
• Own Chart Chat as a conversational interface to the medical record
• Establish evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy, completeness, and clinical safety
