About the Role
You will own clinical decision support from strategy through adoption across web, mobile, and EHR-embedded experiences. You will shape evidence strategy, research clinician workflows, deliver safe guidance, and use product metrics to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning complex, high-stakes, or AI products
- Experience shipping 0-to-1 products to adoption and revenue
- Ability to work with clinical, scientific, or evidence-based content
- Technical fluency in engineering and ML trade-offs
- Ability to make build, buy, and partner decisions
- Experience aligning clinical, engineering, and business partners
Responsibilities
- Define clinical decision support strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
- Own content and evidence strategy
- Conduct hands-on clinician user research
- Deliver high-quality in-workflow guidance experiences
- Integrate workflows with Epic and other EHR environments
- Define adoption, engagement, quality, and safety metrics
- Test hypotheses and iterate using data
