About the Role
You will own the growth marketing product roadmap and define processes that turn campaigns into shipped work. You will design campaign journeys, improve lifecycle messaging and incentives, run funnel experiments, optimize landing pages and search performance, and measure acquisition and reactivation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing product roadmap and campaign intake process
- Design and launch in-app and web campaign experiences
- Improve lifecycle push and email messaging
- Own offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits, and earn-led campaigns
- Identify funnel gaps and run experiments
- Improve landing-page and search performance
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data
- Define and report acquisition and reactivation metrics
