About the Role
You will own the end-to-end nursing product journey. You will lead discovery with nurses and nursing leaders, define strategy and roadmaps, and deliver documentation, handoff, and care-coordination workflows across mobile, desktop, and EHR surfaces. You will partner with clinical experts to measure adoption, time savings, and operational impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with 0 to 1 ownership in a complex domain
- Experience designing for variable workflows across settings and roles
- Experience partnering with engineering, design, and machine learning teams
- Ability to translate strategy into product decisions, sequencing, and measurable outcomes
- Communication and stakeholder management skills with clinical audiences
- Customer empathy and product judgment
Responsibilities
- Define the Nursing product vision, strategy, and roadmap across inpatient, ED, and ambulatory use cases
- Conduct user research with nurses, nurse managers, and CNIOs
- Build intuitive documentation and handoff workflows across mobile, desktop, and EHR surfaces
- Integrate workflows with Epic, Cerner, and Meditech environments
- Establish KPIs for time savings, documentation completeness, task throughput, and adoption
- Develop a path to monetization and demonstrate value through design partners and beta deployments
