About the Role

You will own post-trade and brokerage product systems, including order management, execution, settlement, reconciliation, custody, clearing, and asset servicing. You will define risk and margin frameworks, write detailed PRDs, and align engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and treasury stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in post-trade or brokerage systems
• Knowledge of brokerage architecture and securities market structure
• Expertise in order and execution workflows, including order types, state machines, idempotency, cancel/replace, partial fills, and exception recovery
• End-to-end ownership experience in clearing and settlement, asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or reconciliation
• Technical understanding of system architecture and data flows
• Ability to produce PRDs and manage programs through post-launch review
• Mandarin proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own order management, execution, routing, settlement, and reconciliation systems
• Shape account, custody, clearing, and operating architecture
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing across conventional and on-chain workflows
• Define securities risk and margin frameworks
• Incorporate market structure, execution quality, and regulatory requirements into product decisions
• Write rigorous PRDs and lead cross-functional alignment
