About the Role

You will own the customer-facing definition, positioning, packaging, and evolution of cybersecurity and digital-asset solutions. You will turn customer and market evidence into portfolio and roadmap recommendations, create solution content, lead launch readiness, benchmark competitors, and build learning and certification programs for go-to-market roles. You will also support selected strategic opportunities and feed field insights into product decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, financial services, enterprise software, fintech, or digital assets
  • Strong knowledge of the financial-services ecosystem, ideally including banking, capital markets, custody, financial market infrastructure, asset management, or payments
  • Strong understanding of DLT and digital-asset technologies, including blockchain architectures, tokenization, stablecoins, custody, smart contracts, and security models
  • Experience in field product management, product management, product marketing, solution management, or sales enablement
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for senior customers and sales teams
  • Experience creating customer-facing product materials and structured learning or certification programs
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Advisory, and HR
  • Cybersecurity expertise within financial services or digital assets is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own market-facing management of the solution portfolio across platform, cybersecurity, and advisory offerings
  • Define target customers, use cases, value propositions, business outcomes, positioning, packaging, and messaging
  • Identify opportunities to create scalable technology-enabled solutions from traditional services
  • Conduct customer discovery, executive briefings, and solution-design workshops
  • Translate customer requirements, unmet needs, objections, and buying criteria into product and solution requirements
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success, and Advisory
  • Partner with the technical product organization to shape product and module roadmaps
  • Assess new modules for market relevance, differentiation, and revenue potential
  • Develop customer-facing solution briefs, presentations, case studies, sales plays, proposals, FAQs, and demo narratives
  • Own go-to-market readiness, launch materials, training, and certification for new offerings
  • Maintain competitive intelligence, battlecards, win/loss insights, and portfolio assessments
  • Create and maintain role-based learning paths, assessments, certifications, recertification, and onboarding curricula
  • Support selected strategic opportunities with discovery, solution design, and executive communication
