About the Role

You will co-own product vision and prioritization for custom builds involving traditional financial and digital-asset infrastructure. You will lead client discovery, translate institutional and regulatory requirements into engineering specifications, validate settlement assumptions, align delivery with client expectations, and guide technical product decisions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, custody, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on digital-asset or blockchain-infrastructure experience with tokenization, on-chain settlement, and digital custody.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead shipping complex regulated financial infrastructure.
  • Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous institutional requirements into structured engineering specifications.
  • Experience partnering with technical leadership on product vision and strategy.
  • Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, post-trade infrastructure provider, digital-asset custodian, or exchange preferred.
  • Experience with payments rails and trading systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner on product vision, strategy, prioritization, and direction for custom-build engagements.
  • Apply specialist knowledge of settlement, clearing, custody, reconciliation, and post-trade flows to requirements.
  • Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into buildable specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Run discovery and requirements sessions with institutional client stakeholders.
  • Challenge client and internal assumptions against actual TradFi and digital-asset infrastructure.
  • Partner with architects and engineering leads on technically sound product decisions.
  • Represent client needs internally and roadmap decisions externally.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve performance, decision-making, and output quality.
