About the Role
You will own derivatives products focused on listed futures and prediction markets. You will define strategy and roadmaps, write product requirements, and work with engineers to deliver compliant products. You will engage customers, partners, regulators, exchanges, and clearing organizations, report product progress, and improve margin, clearing, settlement, and trading-risk workflows.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CFTC and NFA frameworks, FCM market structure, and listed derivatives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, and/or startup experience
- Experience or demonstrated interest in futures, prediction markets, listed derivatives, or adjacent trading or brokerage infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen to evaluate stakeholder and technology tradeoffs within time and budget constraints
Responsibilities
- Own derivatives products focused on listed futures and prediction markets
- Drive derivatives product strategy by analyzing ROI, competition, regulatory requirements, and build-versus-buy scenarios
- Contribute to product roadmaps and strategy for FCM launch readiness and compliant features
- Write product requirements and work with engineers to deliver compliant builds
- Lead customer and partner calls and translate insights into product improvements
- Participate in engagements with regulators, exchanges, and clearing organizations
- Report product status and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Improve derivatives operations efficiency and own relevant metrics
- Collaborate with operations, risk, and compliance teams
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
