About the Role

You will own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for a regulated trading platform and its Futures Commission Merchant offering. You will build funding and withdrawal experiences, select and integrate payment rails, lead bank partnerships, develop institutional APIs, optimize routing and acceptance rates, and support compliant settlement and liquidity operations.

Requirements

• Experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform.
• Knowledge of customer fund segregation, margin funding, and regulatory fund-handling obligations.
• Hands-on knowledge of ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP, SEPA, and SEPA Instant payment rails.
• Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiation.
• Experience building scalable B2B API products, developer documentation, onboarding flows, and enterprise integrations.
• 7–10+ years of product-management experience, including at least 5 years in payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading or brokerage products.
• Experience scaling payment rails in high-volume real-time environments.
• Experience with payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production.
• Experience building institutional fiat solutions, including segregated accounts, wire processing, and bulk APIs.
• Technical knowledge of API products, data flows, and payment-protocol integrations.
• People management.
• Stakeholder management across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own fiat funding and withdrawal experiences for the FCM platform.
• Manage customer fund segregation, margin funding flows, daily segregation computations, and regulatory-reporting data.
• Select and integrate payment rails across markets.
• Define and own APIs, sandbox environments, onboarding flows, and support for institutional integrations.
• Lead bank-partnership assessments, commercial negotiations, and technical integrations.
• Build and optimize global payment infrastructure, rail coverage, and uptime.
• Structure banking partnerships to support liquidity and trading settlement.
• Improve pay-in acceptance through processor relationships, fraud rules, and compliance logic.
• Design dynamic payment-routing logic.
• Build compliant fiat solutions for institutional trading clients.
