About the Role

You will define and deliver brokerage products for EU markets, including equities, ETFs, tax-wrapper accounts, integrations, and operational workflows. You will develop product strategy and roadmaps, write requirements, assess build-versus-buy decisions, collaborate with engineers and operations, engage customers and partners, and ensure products meet regional regulatory and market requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
• Five or more years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, or startup building
• Experience or demonstrated interest in EU brokerage, capital markets, or fintech
• Understanding of MiFID II, MiFIR, ESMA, EU capital markets, and member-state tax and tax-wrapper rules
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Business acumen for stakeholder, technology, time, and budget tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Own brokerage products tailored for EU markets, including equities, ETFs, tax-wrapper accounts, and regional offerings
• Own EU tax and tax-wrapper functionality, including eligibility and contribution rules, cost-basis tracking, withholding, reclaims, and local reporting
• Drive brokerage product strategy through ROI, competition, regulatory, and build-versus-buy analysis
• Build and execute a MiFID II and MiFIR-compliant product roadmap
• Write product requirements and work with engineers to execute programs
• Improve brokerage operational efficiency and own relevant metrics for settlement, custody, and clearing workflows
• Lead customer calls and translate insights into product improvements
• Report product status and results to stakeholders, partners, and institutional clients
• Collaborate with local operations teams on EU market-infrastructure integration
