About the Role
You will own the Cards and TopUps roadmap from discovery through launch. You will prioritize features, use customer insight and data to manage the backlog, collaborate with commercial, risk, compliance, and engineering stakeholders, bring card propositions to market, and iterate based on customer usage.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager with cards, payments, or regulated consumer fintech products
- Track record of shipping improvements that increased engagement, adoption, or revenue
- Experience working with engineering on complex technical products
- Ability to translate technical trade-offs into product decisions
- Stakeholder management across commercial, risk, and compliance priorities
- Data-informed prioritization
Responsibilities
- Own the Cards and TopUps product roadmap from discovery through launch
- Define and prioritize card-payment features
- Use customer insight and data to create a prioritized backlog
- Partner with commercial, risk, and compliance teams to bring card propositions to market
- Drive outcome-oriented roadmap execution with stakeholders
- Track customer usage and iterate based on findings
