About the Role
You will lead discovery, frame ambiguous product problems, explore and ship polished interfaces, and measure their impact. You will partner closely with engineering on technical constraints and implementation, communicate design direction, advocate for user needs, and contribute to research, prototyping, brand, or code when needed.

Responsibilities
- Own product areas from discovery through delivery
- Lead product discovery with users and analyze behavior

- Contribute to research, prototyping, brand, or code as needed
- Guide less experienced designers
