About the Role
You will lead product design from research and product definition through prototypes, specifications, and implementation. You will work with engineers, product partners, and customers; improve technical workflows and interaction quality; evolve the design system; and ensure the shipped UI matches the design.

Responsibilities
- Lead product design from research through final implementation
- Frame problems, explore solutions, and ship with engineering and product partners
- Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes
- Improve visual and interaction quality across product surfaces
- Create clear, fast, and polished technical workflows
- Evolve the design system and scalable patterns
- Improve consistency, usability, and product quality
- Work with engineers to polish UI and match shipped experiences to designs
- Help improve design practices and product quality
