About the Role
You will own end-to-end UX for core product areas, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate on requirements and solutions, maintain design systems and UX patterns, prototype with AI-powered tools, support engineering through build and QA, and use research feedback to improve product experiences.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience with a portfolio of end-to-end web application design work
- Experience with Web3, crypto, SaaS, or B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools
- Experience maintaining design systems
- Understanding of design principles, UX research, information architecture, user flows, usability, and visual design
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms
- Understanding of crypto and financial products
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX for key areas of the core product
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive and scannable interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define solutions
- Contribute to, maintain, and extend the design system and UX patterns
- Use AI-powered tools to explore solutions and accelerate prototyping
- Partner with engineers through build, review, and QA to preserve design intent
- Gather product and user research feedback and improve the product experience
