About the Role
You will own the end-to-end experience for AI builder tools, helping customers design, evaluate, and deploy AI agents and workflows. You will translate complex AI and business logic into intuitive self-service experiences for technical and business users. You will prototype concepts with engineering and design partners, conduct user research, define product direction with product and technical leads, and raise the quality bar for craft and usability.
Requirements
- Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience designing AI-driven workflows, no-code, low-code, agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications
- Ability to use AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant end-to-end design solutions for complex problems
- Product thinking and UX skills in interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, self-service builder experiences for technical and non-technical users
- Prototype and refine builder concepts with engineering and design partners
- Partner with product managers and technical leads to define problem spaces, north-star experiences, and milestones
- Conduct user interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability tests, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with product managers, machine learning engineers, forward-deployed teams, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Advocate for design craft and raise the quality bar
- Exercise judgment on when to ship
