About the Role

You will own end-to-end design for core product workflows, from early sketches through launch. You will design trustworthy human-and-agent interactions, contribute reusable design-system patterns, prototype with AI, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and review builds to maintain product quality.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating data-heavy B2B product design
  • Strong information architecture and interaction design skills
  • Experience owning design outcomes and collaborating with product managers and engineers
  • Experience designing AI or automation product surfaces, or a clear perspective on the discipline
  • Experience contributing to or scaling a design system
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and product scope

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end workflows for public- and private-sector products
  • Design AI-agent interactions, reasoning visibility, sources, confidence, and human review paths
  • Create reusable patterns for the design system
  • Review product builds with engineering to maintain quality
  • Design clear interfaces for dense transaction, entity, and risk data
  • Use AI to explore design directions and build prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery and launch cycles
  • Adapt designs quickly when product or technical constraints change
