About the Role
You will design trading, asset-management, custody, and operational interfaces for institutional clients. You will create UX flows, execution screens, design systems, and prototypes, while conducting user research and working closely with engineering to make complex workflows clear and usable.
Requirements
- Trading platform design experience
- Senior-level Figma proficiency
- Experience with auto-layout, variants, component libraries, and interactive prototypes
- Ability to design for execution speed, data density, and zero-error tolerance
- Experience designing for institutional users and complex workflows
- Product design judgment
- Ability to work closely with engineering
- Portfolio demonstrating trading-platform work
Responsibilities
- Design OTC and spot trading-platform UX flows, execution screens, and position management
- Design client-facing trading, asset management, custody, reporting, settlement, and onboarding interfaces
- Build scalable design-system components, tokens, and patterns
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Bring client insights into product decisions
- Work closely with engineering on implementation-ready designs
