About the Role

You will own and manage a portfolio of Private Equity firm customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You will build deep relationships with key decision-makers, monitor account health with data-driven insights, and lead renewal negotiations. You will uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, and partner with product, sales, legal, finance, marketing, and support teams to shape account strategy and influence the product roadmap. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and AI tools to turn data into insights and help build out the post-sales process for Private Equity firms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise client-facing experience, preferably in Private Equity or Venture Capital
  • Quantitative aptitude and professional polish to advisor-sell to sophisticated investors
  • Proven track record managing strategic account relationships with exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Diplomatic and poised under pressure with ability to navigate difficult conversations
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a drive to deliver results
  • Process-driven mindset capable of establishing and scaling account management processes
  • Collaborative cross-functional leader able to drive complex projects to completion
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with comfort in uncertainty
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and analyze data
  • Empathetic and persuasive team player with highly professional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and high-level PE stakeholders
  • Monitor and improve account health, engagement, and adoption trends with data-driven insights and strategic account plans
  • Secure renewal outcomes and navigate contract negotiations and commercial escalations
  • Uncover white space opportunities and drive cross-sells and upsells across PE firm portfolios
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to transform data into insights and communicate the value proposition
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and mitigate churn risks
  • Partner with R&D and Customer Support to share client feedback and influence the product roadmap
  • Help clients extract maximum value from the platform and activate them as references
