Responsibilities
- Define autonomy technical vision, architecture, and development roadmaps
- Lead radar and RF signal-processing algorithm development
- Lead technical trade studies, requirements decisions, reviews, and risk resolution
- Establish simulation, modeling, and verification approaches
- Lead cross-functional system integration
- Translate mission needs into requirements, interfaces, specifications, and verification plans
- Guide real-time algorithm implementation in MATLAB, Python, C, C++, and DSP environments
- Lead technical engagement with customers, partners, suppliers, and executives
- Mentor engineers and establish technical standards
- Shape technical proposals, investments, and growth initiatives
