About the Role
You will own planning, scheduling, and progress reporting for hyperscale data centre developments. You will build and manage programmes, review contractor schedules, analyse critical paths and risks, report progress, assess change impacts, and keep programme data current in planning tools.
Requirements
- Approximately 8 years of relevant planning or scheduling experience
- Data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Ability to assess contractor programme logic, sequencing, and durations
- Analysis, reporting, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain project and master construction programmes
- Review and manage general-contractor schedules
- Build and own baseline programmes or controlling contractor programmes
- Monitor programme progress, variances, critical-path impacts, and risks
- Lead critical-path, float, scenario, and mitigation analysis
- Resolve programme issues with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Produce programme reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and recovery strategies
- Maintain programme data in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and related tools
- Assess schedule impacts from design changes, variations, and acceleration measures
- Integrate planning with project management, commercial, design, and construction activities
