About the Role
You will set physical-security system standards, validate deployments, operate security platforms, maintain integrations, and manage device lifecycles. You will define SLAs, automate monitoring and reporting, partner on network security, support audits, and coordinate system health and incident response.

Responsibilities
- Set physical security system standards and validate systems at acceptance
- Define SLAs for platform availability, camera uptime, access control, alarms, and integrations
- Operate access control, video management, intrusion detection, visitor management, and incident platforms
- Build and maintain platform integrations and monitoring automation
- Partner on network segmentation, bandwidth, certificate management, Active Directory integration, and device hardening
- Manage firmware, patches, device lifecycle, technology refresh, and health dashboards
- Generate audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate system health, operator tooling, and physical-security incident response
