About the Role

As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you'll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally. You'll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as your partners' trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues, while championing new products and capabilities internally to help expand each partner's service size and scope. This is a remote-first role based in the US Central region, with a preference for candidates in Chicago or the broader Midwest, though other locations including Texas are open for consideration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client facing experience
  • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent team player and mentor to others on the team
  • Comfortable with frequent travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to help them set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
  • Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership
